"A great principal builds character, inspires dreams, encourages creativity, builds confidence, instills a love of learning, touches our hearts and changes our lives forever!" Jessica Lewis is all of that and more.

She always has confidence in her staff. She has a calm demeaner and quiet strength that has keeps her staff going every day. She is the voice of reason no matter what is going on, and is always available to listen, give support and words of encouragement to her students and staff. We know our school and community is a much better place because of her amazing leadership.

Today we celebrate Jessica Lewis and thank her for her leadership at Hayfield Elementary.
