Parent SIS Accounts

The SIS (Student Information System) ParentVUE Account provides access to view your child's attendance, class performance, bus stop information, demographic data, and link to Schoology. You can also update your child’s Emergency Care and Health Information through weCare@school.


Schoology is a learning space that enhances face-to-face and distance learning through communication, collaboration, and personalized learning. Teachers use Schoology to post their classroom materials online; to provide a safe forum for students to discuss their ideas and collaborate on projects; and to assign and collect homework electronically. It helps students stay organized and it keeps the class connected.


eNotify is the system that Fairfax County uses to give parents essential information they need to know regarding the county and Hayfield. eNotify draws contact information from the student information system and the employee databases.  FCPS central offices and schools use eNotify for three types of messages: emergency, attendance, and outreach. It is important that parents keep their child’s emergency contact information up to date with the school. Contact information can be updated online through weCare@School.


News You Choose

Get the most up-to-date information from Hayfield.

Fairfax County Public Schools has a subscription-based e-mail communication tool, called News You Choose. Community members are able to select what information, and how often they want to receive from individual schools, the School Board office and members, departments, programs, and PTA and booster organizations. Anyone can subscribe to News You Choose. Subscribers can select which schools they want to receive information from and what type of information—news and updates, athletics, band, PTA, and more. Subscribers can change their settings or unsubscribe at any time.
