Permission to Use Digital Resources

Some FCPS-approved digital resources require parent/caregiver consent before they can be used by students. Find the list of resources which require consent on the Digital Resources - Parent Consent page. This page also includes directions on how to provide permission. 

Each digital resource used in FCPS has had an instructional and technical review. Information about the educational technology tools approved for use within FCPS can be found in the Digital Ecosystem Library.

• Emergency Care Information - Update emergency phone numbers and names in SIS ParentVUE.

• Address changes may only be made by the school office. If your address has changed, please submit new proof of residency and fill out a new registration form for each child.

Student Rights and Responsibilities - Parent Signature Sheet  You can access the 2023 – 2024 with this link:  Student's Rights and Responsibilities.  Please sign the Parent Signature Sheet and return to your student’s teacher.   

• Please complete our online Permanent Dismissal Form. It is important that we know how your child(ren) will get home from school each day beginning with the first day of school. We ask that you work to keep dismissal methods as consistent as possible to avoid confusion amongst staff and students.  
• Bus information can be viewed by parents SIS ParentVUE.
• Students living in the Hayfield Farm development are walkers.  It is important that you remember the bus route number (i.e. HA-02). This will be posted in the bus window. You should arrive at your bus stop ten minutes before your scheduled pick-up time since schedules may vary slightly from day-to-day.
